Addressing Covid-19:
Guide Responsibilities
- All guides must ensure they are feeling well prior to the guiding day.
- All gear that will come in contact with the guide or guests will be cleaned appropriately, or isolated for 72h prior to the guiding day.
- Whenever applicable, guides will maintain proper physical distancing from guests and the public.
Guest Responsibility
- All guests must ensure they are feeling well and have no known exposure to or symptoms of COVID prior to the trip.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Full payment is required upon booking. Cancellations and changes to bookings must be made in writing (email, text) or by phone and are not considered cancelled until acknowledged by return email or phone call.
For our Basecamp tours, 100% refund will be issued up to 30 days prior to the date of basecamp. This is due to the nature of logistics and consideration of the other participants. We highly suggest that you pay with a credit card institution that provides coverage for cancelled reservations or purchase a travel medical insurance policy to avoid penalties related to a change in plans or injury.
Due to the complicated logistics of running our AST/ Crevasse Programs, All courses are non- refundable. We are happy to offer to reschedule at later dates, if availability allows. We highly suggest that you pay with a credit card institution that provides coverage for cancelled reservations or purchase a travel medical insurance policy to avoid penalties related to a change in plans or injury.

I’m concerned I won’t be warm enough?
Having good equipment and enough warm layers of clothing is key to success. Feel free to get in touch if you would like some advice on what to pack for a program.
I don’t have all of the required equipment? Can I rent equipment from you?
Snowline Adventures has some equipment available to rent to clients. (not skis or snowboards). Feel free to inquire if this is you.
I’m on a splitboard, is this program for me?
No Problem!
How many people will be on my program?
There may be up to 8 participants for any program.
Can I book a private program for my friends/family?
